All Streets All People
How do we create
long-term systems change with a sense of urgency?
All Streets All People
asap is a call-to-action.
ALL STREETS
The key to transformative change is to organize deep on city blocks and in rural towns.
Boots on the Ground is fighting to get our community out to vote, fighting for housing justice, and working to build up other organizations to address their own unique issues on the ground. We do this by going door to door, calling and checking in on community members, and recruiting people and organizations into our movement.
All People
Our goal is to empower everyday people to bring community power to the decision-making table.
The Ella Jo Baker Movement School is a program of All Streets, All People (ASAP), and is a year-round training institution for everyday people interested in building the basic skills and leadership required to win and wield people power.

Ella Baker famously built the foundation of her organizing on the belief that folk didn’t need charismatic leaders as talking heads of the movement, but that the ability to lead and organize could be sparked in every person.
Inspired by her leadership, teachings, and passion to mobilize everyday people and spark sustainable movement until “we win” has led to the creation of this movement school in the Deep South. With direct connections to two of Ella Baker’s favorite social justice campaigns, Shreveport, Louisiana and Birmingham, Alabama, the EJBMS focuses on organizers in the deep south region. These states include: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, and Texas. Learn more about the Ella Jo Baker Movement School…
